Frankly Consulting works remotely with businesses across the UK. We’re based in Norfolk and can arrange face-to-face meetings locally where helpful.
We're not tied to a particular software provider and take no commissions or referral fees. If your existing systems can do the job, we'll look at making better use of them. If the simplest solution doesn't involve buying any software, we'll tell you.
Nothing starts until you've agreed the scope and price in writing. You choose what goes ahead, and any extra work is quoted and approved first.
The system is tested, documented and owned by your team. No retainer is required. Your records are sent back within 30 days if you ask.
For 30 days after handover, anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed free.
